thru the looking glass

5 May 2005
I have always been provoked by the very notion of time and I am almost certain that time as it is popularly understood today is not quite what it seems

Anagnorisis is the critical moment of discovery as we go about our daily lives.. a lot of things are not really what it seems… you can bet on that! Beneath the surface, you just do not know what sort of things are boiling down there!

I use 5D, 20D and a collection of lenses.  Being a recent Mac convert (only because they are powered by Core 2 Duo Intel and I just gotta get my hands on Aperture) – and let’s admit it! It looks damn nice. Plus with bootcamp, I have nothing to lose.

I still find myself switching between Picasa for the speed and Aperture for full control and depth. Maybe it will change.

Btw, the site is now running on a new host since a week before new year and I have nothing but praises for them. We’ll see as we go along.

Well, I made it all the way from the most up to date picture to this one; suffice to say, I love your images and dialogue - you have some very masterful captures, and I only wish you had an RSS feed so that it would be easier to know when you've updated.
I noticed a few shots featuring Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Ampang, KLCC) - I grew up there, but have come to the UK to study. Small world.

Thank you for sharing you work.
All the best!

Hi Kamarul. When we met I hadn't yet been to this window of your soul. Now that I've seen the inside of you, I want to see more....
Looking forward to pictures of the Matterhorn.....no doubt shot while hanging for dear life on a rickety ultralight too...
